I am Oriana Vetancourt a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer with extensive experience guiding clients through the home financing process with clarity, organization, and confidence. I began my career in the mortgage industry in 2017 with PRMG as a Loan Officer Assistant,
where I built a strong foundation in loan processing, document management, and client support while working alongside top-producing loan officers. In 2022, I obtained my Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license and began managing my own pipeline. Since then, I have handled pre-approvals, borrower qualification, and full loan origination from initial consultation through closing. My experience includes working with conventional, FHA, and other residential loan products, ensuring every file is thoroughly reviewed, properly documented, and submitted efficiently. At the end of 2024, I joined Mortgage Squad Miami, becoming part of a strong and collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional service to clients. Closing

Closing on a loan is the final step in the mortgage process, where all the necessary paperwork is signed, and ownership of the property is transferred to you. Here's what to expect:

Underwriting
